Munich - In April, Raymond D. mistreated in public a rabbit. Against his sentence of 300 euros, he lodged an appeal. Now, the case was heard before the court, as the reported tz>.
It happened in the middle of the pedestrian zone: passersby watch as a man pulls a rabbit out of a small cardboard box. But this man wants to play no magic tricks.

He acknowledged, though, have strangled the rabbit. But he could not have done it from "raw feeling" as he was accused. In his defense, he said he had a problem with his pulse. A high pulse will make him aggressive.
When asked why he carried the animal in a box, he replied that he wanted to show the animal his colleagues. This would not have believed him that he had a pet.
Also, the 300 euros he did not want to pay. According tz, he replied: "300 Euro fine is too high. The animal has cost only 30 euros. "With 20 days rates to 15 Euros the actor was still cheap come of it. Normal rates are 80 days, said the prosecutor.
